Jan and Justin will reveal models and processes from NLP, business, and marketing and, using their real-life experiences and expertise, will cover:
Starting up! – what needs to be in place?
Showing up! – how to bring your best self
Moving up! – how to grow & reach for success
There will be questionnaires, activities and discussion about how you can develop your business. All in all, a ton of great ideas!
Who is leading the course?
Justin Tipper is a Trainer of Neuro Linguistics, a Certified Coach, and Director of Ganly Tipper Learning. He has worked with many leading organisations, including Barclays Bank, Specsavers, the Isle of Man Government, Bank of Bermuda, Manx Utilities, and many more. In more than 25 years of helping people realise their own potential, he brings insight and knowledge of what makes people tick, and how to create success in any chosen field.
Jan Tinsley is a Business Woman and Entrepreneur having owned businesses in various sectors including Hospitality, Financial Services, Healthcare and Property Development. With Business and Marketing credentials Jan is also an Master NLP Practitioner and Certified Business Coach Consultant. She enjoys helping individuals and businesses address challenges, develop their potential and find success. Using her varied and interesting experience of life in business, she is happy to share stories, experience and opinions that have helped her survive and thrive in the business world.
