Because our voice conveys energy how we speak often matters more than what we say, and during challenging times it’s vital we understand how to practise self care to build resilience.
Bring a short, published poem about nature that you love and connect with emotionally.
You will receive 30 minutes 1-1 Performance Skills coaching on Saturday afternoon with actor, singer, trainer Debra Michaels prior to Performance Sharing with the group on Sunday afternoon.
Programme Content, Structure & Timings:
Prior to the first group meeting all participants are invited to complete a Discovery questionnaire and have a short preliminary conversation with Louise Beckett
