I am a Qualified Nutritionist (MSc, SENr) and Personal Trainer. I live and work on the Isle of Man, a beautiful little rock between Liverpool and Ireland in the Irish Sea. My mission is to help you get healthy, fit, strong and confident, let me help you!

From a very young age, I loved playing all sports, but football was my favourite and my true passion. At 16 I was selected to play football for Chelsea Ladies Academy and Reserves Squad, and spent a happy three years being coached and trained by leading experts in the field. Here I learned first-hand how good coaching, training and nutrition can positively impact your body, your life and sporting achievements. As a result of my own experience, I realised that I wanted to help others achieve their goals through evidence-based coaching, training and nutrition support. 

To achieve this desire, I completed three years at Sheffield Hallam University in Sport and Exercise Science and gained a first-class Honours degree. At the same time, I also gained my level 2 fitness trainer certification as well as valuable coaching experience in various placements and internships. 

I then went on to complete a Master’s (MSc) degree in Sport and Exercise Nutrition at Loughborough University, in order to gain as much knowledge and expertise as I could, to best serve my clients. Whilst studying I also won an internship at Loughborough Sport working with elite athletes in various sports, including Loughborough Lightning Netball Team.

Since, I have built a loyal following with my regular 1-1 clients and have helped 100s of individuals achieve their goals. I work with all age groups, and with everyone from professional/ amateur athletes to ordinary people who just want to improve their fitness and lead a healthier lifestyle. There is nothing more rewarding than seeing my clients transform their lives and helping them become healthy, fit, strong and confident- which is how everyone deserves to feel.
